Why do I include this as one of the seven best superfoods on our lineup? Is it suitable as a powder? Why not? I use to make a lot of fresh juicing on my own, and I got tired of doing it because it's too much process and its very meticulous job, very time-consuming.
But the nutrients that promise to be effective were working; by drinking that fresh 4oz juice, I can indeed felt the kick afterward. And on the powder, believe me, or not it also works.
You see, I don't necessarily mix wheatgrass powder on a whole 8oz glass of liquid. I found a solution to obtain the same nutrients I need from freshly made compared to a powder, and one tablespoon of these powder into a hot 2oz liquid, stir it thoroughly, cool it down, and take a straight shot.
And it works; I felt the energy and nutrients as I drink the fresh juiced.
You can always make a relaxing and nourishing way, of course, such as by just sipping a wheatgrass powder tea.
And as always, it is my favorite. A teaspoon of the powder and an 8oz glass of hot water, stir thoroughly, and as an option, you can always add your favorite flavorings such as vanilla or as simple as honey.
For me, I like it all-natural; thats how I define nourishment, natural.
We also offer a wheatgrass latte in our cafe, and it is as delicious as the traditional green teas latte using Matcha powder.
I found that whole cream milk has a better taste of all, which you can continuously pursue coconut, almond, or any dairy products.
