During a PT session, the therapist
will observe movements, foot ware,

PT are hands-on in their techniques
in joint mobilization for a stiffness,
soft-tissue work of stretching or
massaging tight muscles.
If needed physical therapists will do

improve strength and core muscles.
We will also use modalities to relieve
pain, reduce swelling, decrease

programs.
They need to do stretching and
strengthening exercises daily.
Their progress will depend on becoming
a responsible active participant in
their treatment.
Their Physical therapists will often
challenge their patient’s beyond their
comfort zone to be able to attain
muscle on medication or other treatments.
Therefore achieving the quality of
balance and strength so they can be pain
free, independent not relying life.
Patients especially in outpatient
setting will be given two - three
times a week of clinic treatments
depending on how much their
insurance allows.
